Refunds

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at support@elitegames.in. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible, you may be required to provide evidence supporting your claim, demonstrating that the issue stemmed from an error on our part and that you were not involved in any actions that contributed to the problem. Because we operate a rummy platform, refunds may also be considered if you can demonstrate that you did not willingly participate in gameplay or that your account was compromised due to third-party fraud. Approved refunds are typically processed within 10-15 business days and credited to your designated account.

Game Cancellation Policy

In the event a game is cancelled due to technical issues on our end or instances of unfair play, we implement the following procedures:

  • Points Rummy: If a Points Rummy game is cancelled, all players' table balances at the start of the game will be reinstated and credited back to their accounts. This also applies to games where collusion or cheating is detected, in addition to any further actions we deem necessary according to our Terms of Service.
  • Pool Rummy: For cancelled Pool Rummy games, the total entry fees (minus our service charge from eliminated players) will be distributed evenly among the remaining players. In cases of collusion or cheating, affected players will receive a refund of their entry fee, while those involved in the illicit activity will be subject to actions outlined in our Terms of Service.
  • Deals Rummy: The refund policy for cancelled Deals Rummy games mirrors that of Pool Rummy games. The total entry fees (minus our service charge from eliminated players) will be distributed evenly among the remaining players. In cases of collusion or cheating, affected players will receive a refund of their entry fee, while those involved in the illicit activity will be subject to actions outlined in our Terms of Service.
