  Clarification: This permission is only requested when the user interacts with the app to upload media.It does not provide continuous access to your media files.
• 17.External Storage Access (android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE)
  Purpose: To allow users to upload images or media stored on their devices. This is essential for users who store media in shared folders or external storage.
  Compatibility: This permission ensures functionality on older Android devices where newer APls like the Photo Picker are unavailable.
• 18.ANDROID ID: Used to ensure security and functionality.Stops being collected upon app uninstallation.

• We do not collect or store any personal media files without explicit user action. Any uploaded images or videos are securely processed and used solely for the intended purpose within the app.

• Permissions are requested only when relevant to a specific feature(e.g.,uploading a photo).
• Users can deny permissions if they choose,though some features may be limited.
• All data shared with the app remains under the user's control and can be removed on request.

• We do not share or sell user data to third parties. All data processing complies with industry standards and Google Play's Privacy and Permissions policies

All users of Elite Game Developer consent to the use of User Account Data (excluding financial information) and Other Personal Information for verifying user accounts, maintaining the accounts of the users, enhancing user experience, for analyzing user behavior and other related requirements

We may be required to share information received from you, with our employees, contracts, agents and regulatory authority(ies). We restrict access of personal information to these abovementioned parties and only allow access to your data on a need-to-know basis in order to process it for providing our Services or otherwise if requested in case of regulatory authority(ies).

Users are entitled to withdraw consent for use of their User Account Data (excluding financial information) or Other Personal Information by emailing a specific request to support@elitegames.in, as the case may be. Withdrawal of consent of all or any part of User Account Data (excluding financial information) and Other Personal Information may result in immediate withdrawal of any right to avail the services provided by Elite Game Developer.

Withdrawal of consent shall not restrict the right of Elite Game Developer to use personal information for compliance with applicable laws.

c. Deletion of Data

Users may raise a request for deletion of any or all personal data or information stored with Elite Game Developer by following the Other details tab in My account section after login to your account and in the manner and format as prescribed under the applicable laws. Once your request for deletion has been received and confirmed, Elite Game Developer will delete your personal data or information from our records

However, Elite Game Developer reserves the right to discontinue the services for which the information was originally collected.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Policy and elsewhere, the aggregate liability of Elite Game Developer for all claims for damages pursuant to provisions of services on the Platforms, including claims in respect to the violation of this Policy, shall be limited to the aggregate maximum amount of liability as provided in the Terms of Service.
